CONSULTATION
Take the opportunity to meet with our Design Team to establish if we will be a good fit to collaborate with you on your next project. If the answer is yes, we will prepare a customised fee proposal for you and your project.
SKETCH
design
Your Designer will meet you on site to discuss the project and establish the Design Brief. We then begin developing your Sketch Design ready to present to you. We use 3D Design to give you a clear understanding of what your
project will look
like.

planning
Some projects will require specific Town Planning approval. If this is the case we will arrange for your project to be submitted for approval with the relevant council authority.

design
Our Interior Design package is optional, however it adds great value to the project and can help take all the stress out of the construction process. A detailed specification also ensures you are quoted apples for apples for the construction.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This stage includes drawings that will give you a more detailed understanding of the finished project and can be used for gaining some budget estimates from your preferred builders.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
The Construction documentation will include all the relevant drawings and documents that you will need for Final Construction quotes and building approval.
Your journey begins with a complimentary initial design consultation where we meet with you in our office to discuss your project. From here, we provide you with a customised fee proposal, taking into consideration the scope of your project and any outside consultants that may be required. Once engaged, we begin the design process with some property investigations and gather any information we may need prior to starting the design work. We would then organise a time to meet you onsite where we take the opportunity to talk about site factors that will influence the design, and if there is an existing structure to consider, we do a full measure up to ensure we know exactly what we are working with. From here our design process begins following the steps above. Our approach to design is fully collaborative, where we check back with you at each stage for any feedback. At the completion of the process, we hand-over a full set of construction plans and documentation required to obtain a formal quote from a builder and to submit the project for a building approval.

Clients meet with their interior designer to establish their design style and preferences they may have. Your interior designer will then make all the selections for your project and design any cabinetry or custom items

Your interiors concept will be presented to you in our office with mood board, specifications, samples and the use of a 3D model so that you get a realistic impression of the finished product

Once finalised, you will be issued with a full specification and access to your 3D model. This information can assist you in obtaining estimates from your chosen builder.

Our Interior Design service can be incorporated into your building design process, or, if you are only needing interior design we also offer it as a standalone service. Either way, it begins with a meeting with our Interior Designers where you will discuss your project brief.
From here our Interior Designers make the selections for your project, taking into consideration not only your brief but also other factors such as our climate, the durability and suitability of a product, and ensuring that the selections are in line with your style and look. Your selections will be presented in a 3D model and there will be physical samples of some of the selections on the day, allowing you to get the best understanding of the finished product. You will also receive a digital mood board and a specification detailing each room and space in the project.
Your specification documents can then be used for obtaining project estimates and ensures that if you are seeking more than one quote that you are being quoted on the exact same product, allowing you to have an accurate comparison when going through the quoting process.
