A large entertainers house with lots of glazing and serious coastal vibes, this home was also for a young family so functionality was a must. The block was in a prime spot with a view of Pioneer Bay to the North, so the home had to be designed to maximize not only these views, but also the breezes that the elevated block provided. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that could be opened and out to the entertainer’s deck looking over the Bay was top of the list.
