The client had a specific brief for a spacious four bedroomed home, large alfresco and entertaining area, linking to an indoor games room, a light, airy and breezy living, dining and kitchen area. The client also wanted a separate adult wing away from the children, a large room for internal storage and an office space. A U-shaped home was decided as the best outcome.
