Situated in a premium beachside subdivision, Iluka Park Residences are a unique looking triplex development. Dual street access allows the front fascade to retain an aesthetically pleasing streetscape, while the garage access is hidden on the rear street. The development is two storey with main bedroom and indoor and outdoor living spaces located on the first floor. The articulated design of the residences reduces the ‘unit’ feel of the development, giving each residence a feeling of separation.  A mix of claddings further enhances the individual feel.  Low and no maintenance products were selected, such as CSR Cemintel Territory series.  Floor trusses were used to decrease labour, costs and to allow for services to be installed with ease and flexibility. The roof structure was designed to carry all water to the rear street to reduce the need for downpipes on the main street frontage.
