The Avenue projects a cozy yet executive feel with crisp clean lines and a paired back palette of materials. The home is compact in size while still feeling spacious and it delivers all the spaces required for a growing family. The design exudes a strong masculine persona in the landscape which is integrated internally to provide all the warmth and comfort of a family home.

The design brief was to be light, airy and fresh with a soft splash of modern industrial. The outcome is subtle yet striking and has created a family home that feels spacious and uncluttered.

The textures of the front facade incorporated brick, concrete and charcoal timber looking materials that has drawn many admirers.
